Dressing without oil? It may sound untraditional, but there are many days when we at bonberi omit oil from our salads as our bodies need extra energy and effort to digest all the fat in processed oils. While we do love our oils, when we are looking to cleanse, slim down or give our bodies a break, this quick concoction does wonders to any green.
Juice of 2 lemons
1 tablespoon of Tamari Wheat-Free Soy Sauce
1 teaspoon of dijon mustard
Chopped Herb of Choice: Dill, Cilantro, Basil or 1 teaspoon of Herbs de Provence
Cayenne Pepper
Sea Salt/Black pepper to taste
Mix in small bowl and enjoy over peppery greens like arugula.
